Description :

Conduct training in all relevant areas of the sales.

Demonstrate ongoing trainings to maintain new knowledge

and skills overtime.

Schedule and implement new

training programs and review existing training methods and

techniques and their application.

Ensure compliance with

training practices and standards.

Ensure that the

following programs are conducted effectively: a) Basic

Products Knowledge Training and Selling Skills courses for

the DSF. b) General Soft skills Courses for all Employees.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery through

analysing performance indicators and feedback from sales

management and trainees.

Design and redesign training

material (i.e. PowerPoint Presentations, Trainer Manual,

Trainee Handbook,.etc.) to meet company requirements

through research and review of training materials

Check

the materials and venue before each training and make

sure all preparations are done properly especially all training

logistics coordination and communication.

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of experience in training.

Good

knowledge of the life insurance business is an addition.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with

ability to deal with various internal clients’ backgrounds,

abilities and skills as well as outsourced training providers.

Approachable, with a high customer service orientation.

Excellent presentation skills.

Self­confident.

Mature

emotionally with an ability to deal with criticism objectively.

Ability to work in teams.

Strong analytical and

problem solving abilities.

Very good time management

and organization skills.

Creative and highly motivated

with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight

deadlines.

Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Projects).

Excellent written &

spoken English and Arabic.
