Description : ­ Responsible for building, coaching and leading a winning
sales inside the company in order to achieve the revenue
targets. ­ Oversee the achievement of performance targets
and budgeted goals ­ Manage daily operations of the call
center including personnel, scheduling, training, reporting
and outbound lead pipelines ­ Define and coordinate sales
training programs ­ Provide detailed and accurate sales
reports and forecasting ­ Ensuring the team meets the
sales targets. ­ Implement, review, update call center
policies and procedures ­ Develop and coordinate telesales
selling cycle and methodology
Qualifications : ­ Have a good understanding of the credit services sector ­
Sound decision­making skills, drive and desire to succeed ­
Excellent verbal and written communications skills ­ Ability
to work in a fast­paced environment
