Description : Receive calls, faxes and emails from
customers and
prepare the quotation for the items they need from the
product. Meet the customers in showroom & explain the
products to them. Make quotations by the prices &
quantity
requested by customers, sending it by mail after revised
from accounting department. Dealing with the warehouse
to receive the quantity needed from company stock
through sending inventory transfer in. Make invoices for
the purchase orders received from the customers. Follow up
with the customers to ensure that they received the order
& satisfied. Cancel & return invoices on the system
through
sending inventory transfer out to the warehouse. Preparing
daily reports. Handling all filling system. All other
related
tasks.
Qualifications : Very good computer skills Very good English

good communication skills Ability to handle pressure
