Description : Managing and educating existing distributors, preparing

annual business plans and translating these into

operational plans. then execute these plans with the

distributors within the allocated budget. seek and gain

business opportunities within new markets and territories

whilst establishing distributors within those markets. will

also be able to develop new products based on market

needs. Key responsibilities : Develop close relationship with

distributors ,agents & customers To maintain and to grow

existing distributors To achieve target and set budgets

Research, planning, and implement new work product for

customers benefit Selling and closing sales Project

management, planning budgets, profit and loss

management Prepare and attend trade fairs or similar

industry to promote company products

Qualifications : Experience in exporting/trading of FMCG Products not less

than 5 years Excellent communication skills, written and

verbally Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building

capabilities Strong background in global FMCG trading with

sales management and business development skills. Strong

existing network of contacts within Regional & international

FMCG industry Eager to steer the business forward and

develop future trades with various products. Experience in

Trading Internationally with an understanding of FX and

market movements
