Description : Handling customer enquiries and problems
through the phone. Applying acquired skills from
Call Center training to: Adhere to the call script, data
collection and verification. Achieve
communicate return to queue short answered calls. Achieve
quality communicated targets. Maintain confidentiality of clients and customers
data. Participate in individual and team
training/meetings in order to ensure that knowledge is
uptodate. Adhere to the work schedule
as planned and accommodate any business requests including
flexible locations and working
hours. Research required information using available
resources. Receive and escort clients,
guests and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
Receive all kinds of
correspondences and incoming mail including tender envelops
(and record them in the tender
receiving form), invoices related to HR, etc. He/she should
ensure the correspondences are
stamped, registered and sorted for distribution among
components, and keeping track of
outgoing correspondences. Keep records and a decent filing
system of vouchers both soft and
hard copies for incoming and outgoing courier (local and
International), invoices, faxes, and
other official documents. Draft the Directory of employees
cell phone numbers and extensions.
Proof read, obtain approvals for and order Business Cards
for employees. Coordinating with
printing agencies for that matter. Responsible for managing
the daily call centres workflow.
Receive incoming phone calls and direct them to related
components; Manage the Emergency
First Aid kit consumption for IMC staff and; Carry out other
duties as assigned.
Qualifications : • Bachelors Degree in any discipline,
preferably Business Administration. • Post graduate studies
or Administration and Secretarial Diplomas are an asset. •
Minimum three to five years of
administrative progressively responsible experience. •
Proficient user of MS package with focus
on Word, Excel and Power Point. • Report writing skills. •
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. • Selfmotivated, solution oriented
and well organized individual. • Hard
worker and proactive. • Able to work flexible hours under
stress and meet tight deadlines. •
Able to maintain professional demeanor and appearance.
